The College aims to pay mid to upper quartile rates of pay for its staff against appropriate external comparators wherever possible. We regularly benchmark rates of pay against internal and appropriate external comparators.
The College offers two generous pension schemes, TPS and LGPS, and the scheme you are eligible for will depend on your post. The HR Team is available to guide you through your pension options.
Cost of living review
The College operates an annual Pay Review for all staff negotiated with the College Trade Unions, using internal and external benchmarking data.
Interest-free loans of up to £2,000 towards the purchase of a new bike.
If you work at a computer regularly you will be eligible to receive an eye test every two years paid for by the College.
Staff can refresh and relax, with a generous holiday allowance of 25 days per annum (pro rata for part-time staff), this is in addition to UK Bank Holidays and 6/7 College closure days per year at Christmas and Easter.
