Where can I find out about my exams?
You can see upcoming exams under the MyExams section of MyLearning. You’ll find your exam entry information and timetable in ProPortal – look for Information > Exams > Exam Timetable.
Checking your exam timetable
Shortly before an exam session, you’ll get an email with a personalised timetable of the exams you’ve been entered for. It’s important that your name and date of birth are correct. Any changes once certificates have been issued will incur a cost of £60 per certificate.
If any of the information is incorrect or an exam is missing, please contact the exams team at examsoffice@lutonsfc.ac.uk
You can read more about exam procedures and see answers to some commonly-asked questions about exams at LSFC in our exam handbook. This has been put together by us to help students, parents, carers and guardians.
Exam certificates
Certificates for 2025 & 2026 exams
Certificates for 2025 exams are still available for collection from the college reception, from 8am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday. If you need to collect them during holidays, please check in advance with the exams office. Certificates for 2026 exams will be available from December 2026 (date to be confirmed).
How to collect your certificates
It’s important to collect your certificates, as they are a legal document. It’s likely you’ll need them throughout your further academic or professional career.
Students should collect their own certificates. However, if necessary, you can authorise someone else to collect them for you by completing this Certificate Authority Collect form. They will need to bring this signed form plus photo ID with them.
If you’ve moved home address during the academic year, please update your address at the Information Desk at the front of college.
