Yes. Please book your Open Evening ticket in advance using our online booking system. When booking, you’ll choose your preferred arrival slot.
You can choose from:
• 5:30 – 6:00pm
• 6:00 – 6:30pm
• 6:30 – 7:00pm
• 7:00 – 7:30pm
The Open Evening runs until 8:30pm, so you’ll have plenty of time to explore the College once you arrive.
Absolutely. We encourage prospective students to attend with their parents or careers so you can explore your options together and ask questions. If you are alone, you will be guided through the college by a tour guide.
Yes. Our car park will be open to visitors during the Open Evening.
Please follow the signs and directions from our team when you arrive.
There’s no formal dress code. Come along in whatever you feel comfortable wearing.
Yes. Our teaching teams will be available during the evening, giving you the opportunity to find out more about individual subjects and ask questions about courses.
Yes. You’ll have the opportunity to meet and speak to current LSFC students and hear about their experiences of college life.
That’s completely fine. Our Open Evening is designed to help you explore your options. Speak to our teachers, students and support teams, ask questions and discover what could be right for you.
Yes. You’ll be able to find out more about progression, careers guidance and the support available to help you plan your next step after LSFC.
That’s up to you. Your arrival slot helps us manage visitor numbers, but you can take your time exploring the College once you arrive.
Most attendees stay for around 1.5 – 2 hours.
Yes. Our Admissions Team will be on hand to support you with your application in our Learning Resource Centre (LRC).
If you decide that LSFC is the right choice for you, you can apply on the evening or complete your application online later through our website.
Once you’ve applied, you can track the progress of your application through our online application portal. Applicants will then be invited to an interview during March or April, with offers issued after interviews.
If you accept your offer and choose to join LSFC, you’ll need to attend one of our enrolment sessions to complete your enrolment. These will take place on Thursday 19, Friday 20,Monday 23 and Tuesday 24 August 2026 (subject to change).
We’re welcoming prospective students and their families on Monday 9th and Tuesday 17th November.
